Second edition of Una Visione Oltre brings performance, video, and music to Adria

festival-fair · 2026-05-05

The second edition of Una Visione Oltre, curated by Tobia Donà, took place over three days in Adria, Rovigo province, Italy. The project was supported by Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Padova e Rovigo through the Culturalmente 2015 grant. Events were held at emblematic city locations including the Museo Archeologico Nazionale, where artist Mattia Pajè presented the performance Call, and Piazza Garibaldi, featuring the ancient Torre Civica and the Cathedral, with video projections and performances by Bologna-based artist Filippo Marzocchi. A group of young performers coordinated by Stefano Cagol created initiatives inspired by the poet and orator Luigi Groto. Among them, Giacomo Bolzani showed the video work Resilienza, and Chiara Guadagnini led a collaborative performance inviting the audience to "write what they see with closed eyes." The three-day event concluded on Sunday, May 15.
