Second edition of +Fundraising+Cultura concludes in Rome

The second edition of +Fundraising+Cultura, Italy's sole panel dedicated to fundraising for cultural sustainability, wrapped up on December 16, 2021, at the Fondazione Marco Besso in Rome. Running from December 13 to 15, the event featured six roundtables with participants from banking foundations, municipalities, and businesses. The concluding session, directed by Massimo Coen Cagli and Andrea Caracciolo, focused on fostering direct engagement and suggested creating a marketplace for cultural institutions. Carola Carazzone from Assifero urged for additional meetings to boost philanthropy, while Paolo Cuccia, President of Artribune, pointed out the disparity between project requirements and available funding. Giampaolo D'Andrea from the Ministry of Culture called for updates to the Art Bonus. Other attendees included Leonardo Varavano, Carolina Botti, Andrea Abodi, Antonino La Spina, Italo Scaietta, and Giovanna Barni. Artribune organized the event.
