Sebastian Errazuriz Unveils Live Earth Feed Sculpture in NYC

Chilean-born artist Sebastian Errazuriz has installed "blu Marble," a monumental LED sculpture in New York that displays a real-time image of Earth from space. The project was funded by Fontem Ventures, distributor of myblu e-cigarettes in Italy, through their Pledge World campaign. Errazuriz agreed to partner after reviewing studies showing vaping has limited health effects compared to traditional cigarettes. The artwork, installed in a public space, draws crowds day and night. Errazuriz advocates for public art that interrupts daily routines and fosters introspection, arguing that art should meet audiences outside museums.
