SCV Complex Cabins by ONA in Las Compuertas, Argentina
Led by Nicolás Guerra, ONA - Oficina Nómada de Arquitectura has created the SCV Complex Cabins on a 16-meter-wide and 260-meter-deep plot in Las Compuertas, Luján de Cuyo, Argentina. This 192 m² development is expected to be finished by 2026 and is situated in a transitional area between Greater Mendoza's urban fringe and the tourist route leading to Potrerillos Dam. The design takes into account the site's native flora, gentle inclines, natural watercourses, and stunning vistas of the Mendoza mountain range. The project also involves collaboration with architects Pablo Reinchisi, José Tohmé, and Diana Barrera, with documentation provided through photographs by Luis Abba.
