Saudi Cultural Development Fund Launches Nama' Accelerators Program for Cultural Enterprises
The Saudi Cultural Development Fund has launched a new initiative called Nama' Accelerators to support micro, small, and medium enterprises in the cultural sector, aligning with the National Culture Strategy and Saudi Vision 2030. In partnership with the Saudi Ministry of Culture, the program focuses on handicrafts, especially with the 2025 Year of Handicrafts approaching. Its aim is to enhance Saudi Arabia's handicraft heritage while improving economic opportunities. The initiative features four phases: Training Camp, Accelerator Phase, Incentive Distribution, and Post-Accelerator Support, offering mentorship, financial aid, and workshops. Since 2021, the Cultural Development Fund has been the main financial backer for the cultural sector, promoting sustainable growth and forward-looking projects.
