Sasha Vinci's P.P.P. Exhibition at MANN in Naples

Sasha Vinci's solo exhibition 'P.P.P. Possibile Politica Pubblica' opens at the MANN – Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Napoli, curated by Maurizio Bortolotti. The show occupies the Sale della Collezione Farnese, where Vinci's works engage with the monumental ancient sculptures. The title references Pier Paolo Pasolini, evoking his militant commitment to reading Italian history and anthropological change. Vinci's practice spans drawing, sculpture, installation, performance, photography, and sound art, all attuned to Naples' anthropic and sonic landscape. The exhibition includes works created during lockdown and new pieces designed to interact with the museum's space and collections. It is realized in collaboration with gallery aA29 Project Room. Vinci states his early focus on MANN's sculptures has evolved into a dialogue with history, aiming to shape an equitable and multi-natural future. The show runs until September 10, 2021.
