Santa Engracia 143: Precise Renovation of a Fragmented Apartment in Madrid

Santa Engracia 143 is a 216 m² apartment renovation in Madrid, completed in 2025 by architecture firm ERENTIA, led by architect Alejandra Esteve. Curated by Valentina Díaz, the project rethinks a fragmented interior with limited exterior exposure by reordering space around light and circulation. The design edits the existing layout to create a cohesive living environment.
