Sans-Arc Studio Transforms Warehouse into Mensa Kitchen Hospitality Space
Sans-Arc Studio has completed Mensa Kitchen, a low-intervention hospitality project in Australia. The 200 m² design refreshes an existing warehouse and attached house, adding a lightweight structure to create two separate but connected spaces. Curated by Miwa Negoro, the project features joinery by Splintr Joinery and was completed in 2025. Photographs by Jack Fenby document the restaurant and bar interiors.
