Salt Research Launches Handan Börüteçene Archive
Salt Research has expanded its Art Archive with the addition of the Handan Börüteçene Archive, featuring over 2 million digitized documents that encompass various aspects of art, architecture, design, and social history. This initiative arose from a partnership with artist Börüteçene, whose retrospective exhibition, "In the Realm of Three Inland Seas," was held at Salt Beyoğlu from 2023 to 2024. The collection showcases her artistic journey spanning four decades, including her time studying in Istanbul and Paris during the 1980s. Noteworthy works include "Bütün Denizlerin İçinden Geç, Sessizlik ve Sırdır Ötesi" and "Yeryüzünün Belleği."
