Salone del Mobile 2023: Euroluce returns with new layout and cultural program
From April 18 to 23, 2023, Milan hosts the 61st Salone del Mobile, marking the return of Euroluce after a four-year break. Mayor Beppe Sala and President Maria Porro emphasized the event's international importance. This year's Euroluce, designed by Lombardini22, spans four pavilions (9-11 and 13-15) and includes a mix of young designers, exhibitions, talks, and a bookshop curated by Corraini. The cultural initiative 'The City of Lights,' led by Beppe Finessi, features the 'Aurore' arena, where speakers like Shigeru Ban, Tao Namura, and Kjetil Trædal Thorsen from Snøhetta will present. Additionally, Salone Satellite, under Marva Griffin's direction, highlights 550 emerging talents and 27 schools from 16 nations, complemented by a new digital navigator for attendees.
