Salone del Libro di Torino 2021: Off program with performances, films, and exhibitions

The Salone Internazionale del Libro di Torino returns from October 14 to 18, 2021, after the pandemic hiatus, with its Off program extending through October 21 across the city and region. Marco Cordero presents "chora," a performance-installation at Chiesa Santa Chiara, featuring the Coro Giovani Cantori di Torino, supported by Accademia Albertina, A Pick Gallery, and EDT. IOSONOUNCANE, Bruno Germano, and Amedeo Perri will perform live music for Alessandro Gagliardo's silent film "Sacramento" at Cinema Massimo on October 17 at 5:17 AM. Sabrina Rocca's exhibition "Go Goals Together" at the UN Campus is extended to November 7, with 360 posters illustrating 12 superpowers installed citywide from October 18. A "Trilogia Tossica" film screening on October 18 at Cinema Massimo marks the 40th anniversary of "Christiane F." with films by Claudio Caligari, Uli Edel, and Gianni Serra. Galleria Febo e Dafne hosts two events: the launch of FuoriAsse issue 26 on October 14 and the book "Tacciano le Armi" on October 15. Tinals presents "GraphiQuote" at Circolo del Design from October 15 to 29, featuring illustrated postcards of literary classics. The Pinacoteca Albertina hosts "Disegnare la città" through April 17, 2022, exploring Turin's architectural history.
