SaldaPress Publishes Italian Editions of Aliens and Predator Comics
Italian publisher SaldaPress, based in Reggio Emilia, has released two new comic collections: 'Aliens. Salvezza e Sacrificio' and 'Predator. 30° Anniversario'. The Aliens volume (112 pages, €20.90, ISBN 9788869194283) includes two stories: 'Salvezza' written by Dave Gibbons with art by Mike Mignola and Kevin Nowlan, and 'Sacrificio' written by Peter Milligan with art by Paul Johnson. Both tales explore religious themes, featuring a mystical cook and a priestess confronting xenomorphs. The Predator collection (308 pages, €29.90, ISBN 9788869194290) celebrates the 30th anniversary of the 1987 film by John McTiernan, with scripts by Mark Verheiden and art by Chris Warner and Ron Randall. Both books originate from Dark Horse Comics in Milwaukie, Oregon. The Predator film franchise is set for a new movie, 'The Predator', directed by Shane Black, releasing in September 2018.
