Russia Used North Korean Missile in Deadly Strike on Ukraine Village, Zelensky Says

The missile flattened a home, killing two parents and three children; the fate of four other children and a 1½-year-old grandson remains unclear. A military source noted that Russia has shifted to using more ballistic missiles like the Iskander 9M723, which can only be intercepted by US-made Patriot systems. Zelensky said preliminary data indicated the missile was North Korean, corroborating earlier Reuters reports.
