ruangrupa Discusses Collaborative Practice at Whitechapel Gallery

On 23 November 2023, Charles Esche will engage in a discussion with Farid Rakun and Indra Ameng from the Indonesian collective ruangrupa at Whitechapel Gallery in London. This event is part of Afterall's Exhibition Histories Talks series and will delve into ruangrupa's initial projects, their collaborative approaches, and their interdisciplinary endeavors, which include exhibitions, workshops, research, and publishing. Co-organized with Whitechapel Gallery, this talk is part of the Exhibition Histories research and publication initiative, created by Afterall in collaboration with Asia Art Archive in Hong Kong and Bard College's Center for Curatorial Studies.
