RS+ Robert Skitek Completes Sailing Marina on Paprocany Lake
The sailing marina on the eastern shore of Paprocany Lake in Tychy, Poland, has officially been completed, marking the end of the area's development along with the nearby pedestrian promenade. Spanning 957 m², this project was designed by RS+ Robert Skitek and wrapped up in 2025, led by Hadir Al Koshta. The design team included notable architects like Robert Skitek, Jakub Zygmunt, and others. Structural engineering was managed by MM Konstrukcje budowlane, while landscape architecture was crafted by Tomasz Kurtek’s studio. Tomasz Zakrzewski captured stunning photographs of the site. This new marina comes on the heels of the MOSM kayak marina, which opened in 2020 just a short distance away.
