Rossana Orlandi, Aimo e Nadia, and Etro Open BistRo in Milan

In Milan, Rossana Orlandi, a prominent figure in Italian design, has collaborated with the Michelin-starred Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia and luxury brand Etro to launch BistRo Aimo e Nadia. Situated at Via Matteo Bandello, 14, this bistrot features a more straightforward menu than its parent establishment and combines a bar with dining options. Orlandi has designed the interior, incorporating works from her gallery by artists such as Mayice Studio and Kiki Van Eijk, with all furnishings available for purchase and subject to rotation. Etro has provided exclusive wallpapers and textiles from its Etro Home collection. The opening aligned with Salone del Mobile 2018, where Orlandi's gallery showcased sustainable installations by various designers. Google also made its Salone del Mobile debut with 'Softwear', curated by Li Edelkoort.
