Rosa Jamaica Beach Club Opens in El Paredón, Guatemala

Gris | Estudio de Diseño + Arquitectura has completed the Rosa Jamaica Beach Club in El Paredón, Guatemala, a 1,750-square-meter hospitality project led by architect Diego García-Salas. The beach club, curated by Valentina Díaz, includes a restaurant, kitchen, bar, and event spaces. Construction was carried out by Ecosys Guatemala. The project addresses the challenge of balancing functional hospitality design with the preservation of the sensitive coastal environment of El Paredón Buena Vista. Photographs by Denise Lipman document the completed structure, categorized as a hotel project. The year of completion is 2025.
