Rosa Barba Wins 2026 Zurich Art Prize
The 2026 Zurich Art Prize has been conferred upon Rosa Barba, an annual accolade given by Haus Konstruktiv in collaboration with Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. This honor comes with CHF 100,000 designated for a solo exhibition, along with an extra CHF 30,000 cash prize. Barba, an Italian artist based in Berlin, explores themes of transformation, perception, and incorporation through her work in film, sculpture, and installation. Since 2023, she has held the position of professor of Art in Space and Time at ETH Zurich's Department of Architecture.
