Ronchini Gallery relocates to Conduit Street in Mayfair

Ronchini Gallery, founded by Lorenzo Ronchini, is moving from 22 Dering Street to 21 Conduit Street in Mayfair, London, after 13 years. The new space, slightly smaller than the previous 120-square-meter gallery, is on the first floor of an 18th-century townhouse near Sotheby's headquarters on New Bond Street. The move was forced by the landlord's decision to renovate the entire building on Dering Street. The new gallery will open in July 2025, with the inaugural exhibition scheduled for October 16, 2025, during Frieze London. The show, titled "Flourish: Gestural Abstractions in Bloom," will feature works by Michele Fletcher, Connie Harrison, Shuang Jiang, and Shara Mays, running until December 12, 2025. Ronchini Gallery will continue to focus on emerging talents alongside established artists, drawing from the family's background in Minimalism, Arte Povera, and Abstraction. Upcoming solo shows in 2026 include Rebecca Ward and Paul Jenkins. Lorenzo Ronchini noted that while London's collecting scene has declined post-Brexit, the city remains a strong brand for credibility, especially in markets like the UAE, and he has no plans to open a second space in Italy.
