Ron Padgett and Bertrand Dorny's 'What Happened to the Renaissance' Featured in artcritical Series

Curated by Michael Heller, the poetry series POETRY FOR ART showcases the 2012 livre d'artiste 'What Happened to the Renaissance,' created by poet Ron Padgett and artist Bertrand Dorny in Paris. Padgett, who was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in 2012 and won the L.A. Times Best Book of Poetry in 2014, has worked with numerous artists, producing approximately 40 handmade books alongside Dorny. Dorny, born in 1931, is recognized for his use of simple materials in his collages and assemblages.
