Rome Launches Free Cultural Magazine romarivista

In late 2025, Rome unveiled a complimentary cultural magazine named romarivista, marked by its zero issue. The initiative, aimed at promoting urban revitalization through culture, was presented by Mayor Roberto Gualtieri and Culture Councillor Massimiliano Smeriglio. The inaugural official issue is set for release in January 2026 and will be published quarterly, with 10,000 copies distributed in public venues. Editorial director Luca Bergamo heads a committee that includes Silvia Barbagallo among others. Production is overseen by Zètema progetto cultura, with graphic design handled by Mistaker. Each edition will feature thematic sections and regular columns, starting with a dialogue between Enzo Biagi and Pier Paolo Pasolini from November 3, 1975, with contributions from Benedetta Tobagi, Francesca Mannocchi, and others.
