Rome Art Week 2021 Returns with Over 500 Participants

The sixth iteration of RAW – Rome Art Week is scheduled for October 25–30, 2021, and will feature more than 500 contributors, comprising 142 galleries, 339 artists, and 58 curators who will organize 376 events throughout Rome's 35 districts. Among the highlights is 'Territori Visivi,' a video art exhibition at KOU Gallery, curated by Massimo Scaringella and managed by Massimiliano Padovan Di Benedetto. Prominent participants include Casa Argentina, Academia Belgica, and Gagosian Gallery, displaying works by Cy Twombly and others. Additionally, Padovan Di Benedetto is preparing a 'Gallery Week' for spring 2022 and a RUS initiative aimed at bolstering local businesses, with the goal of enhancing the perception of Rome's contemporary art landscape in comparison to cities like London and New York.
