Rolls-Royce Presents Two Phantom Gallery Works at London Craft Week 2026
During London Craft Week 2026, scheduled from May 11 to May 17, Rolls-Royce will unveil two new pieces in the Phantom Gallery at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars London, located on Berkeley Street, Mayfair. Titled 'Legacy Craft: Inspired by Still Life' and 'Legacy Craft: Inspired by The Draught', these works demonstrate four innovative Bespoke techniques: 3D leather hand-sculpting, 3D metal hand-sculpting, 3D veneers, and beadwork application. The first piece, influenced by 17th-century Dutch still-life art and Arts and Crafts embroidery, features leather hydrangeas and thread leaves crafted using Sphinx Moth 3D embroidery, alongside pomegranates adorned with 76 beads, taking over 250 hours to create. The second work, inspired by architectural drafting, incorporates laser-cut wood, 3D marquetry, and a brass lattice, with a central flower composed of five brass layers that took more than 45 hours, each petal engraved with over 50 fine lines. These creations merge precision with artisanal craftsmanship, highlighting the value of time and skill.
