Rolling Stones Announce New Album 'Foreign Tongues' Featuring Charlie Watts
The Rolling Stones have announced their new album 'Foreign Tongues', set for release on July 10. The 14-track album features contributions from Paul McCartney, Steve Winwood, Chad Smith, Robert Smith, and the late Charlie Watts, who played on tracks originally intended for 'Hackney Diamonds'. The band had teased the album with a limited-edition vinyl single 'Rough and Twisted' under the pseudonym The Cockroaches in April. The lead single 'In the Stars' is now available. At a launch event with Conan O'Brien, the comedian praised the album as 'absolutely fantastic' after listening to it 25 times.
