Rockets Return to Italy for Final Frontier Tour

The Rockets, the French electrorock band known for their silver-painted appearance and space-themed performances, are touring Italy with their new album 'The Final Frontier.' The band, originally formed in 1975 by producer Claude Lemoine, now features keyboardist Fabrice Quagliotti (who took over the brand in 1984), guitarist Gianluca Martino, bassist Rosaire Riccobono, drummer Eugenio Mori, and new vocalist Fabri Kiarelli. The album includes the track 'Cosmic Castaway' with a guitar solo by founding member Alain Maratrat, to whom the album is dedicated as he battles illness. The tour, which began in January, has dates at Teatro Nazionale in Milan (Feb 10), Teatro Alfieri in Turin (Feb 11), Auditorium Parco della Musica in Rome (Feb 13), Auditorium Santa Chiara in Trento (Feb 15), and Teatro della Corte in Genoa (Feb 19). The band performs hits like 'On the Road Again' and 'Galactica,' which won them a Telegatto award in 1980. The special vinyl edition artwork was created by artist Domenico Dell'Osso.
