Rivian Posts Narrower Q1 Loss, R2 Production Underway
Rivian Automotive reported a first-quarter loss of $0.33 per share, beating analyst expectations of a $0.60 per share loss. The electric vehicle maker reaffirmed its full-year delivery outlook of 57,000 vehicles. Production of the R2, a more affordable SUV, has begun at Rivian's Normal, Illinois plant.
