Rivelino's 'Respuestas Interiores' Opens at Hotel Presidente InterContinental Mexico City

Mexican artist José Rivelino Moreno Valle, known as Rivelino, presents 'Respuestas Interiores' at the Hotel Presidente InterContinental Mexico City. The exhibition features large-scale sculptures and reliefs that explore memory, emotion, and collective symbols through textures, cuts, and volumes. Rivelino describes the reliefs as 'a skin that bears the traces of rites, beliefs, and memories common to all humanity.' The show is part of HospedArte, an initiative by Grupo Presidente director Braulio Arsuaga Losada, now in its 14th year, aiming to make art accessible in hotel spaces. General manager Álvaro Rey emphasized the importance of opening cultural dialogues in everyday settings. Rivelino, known for public interventions in Mexico, Europe, and the US, has created iconic works like 'Tú' in Trafalgar Square, 'Nuestros silencios,' and 'Raíces,' addressing freedom of expression, inequality, and human rights. The exhibition runs until September 17, 2026, and all pieces are available for purchase.
