Risk Intelligence Framework for the Internet of Value
A new paper on arXiv proposes a risk intelligence framework for the Internet of Value (IoV), a heterogeneous, partially-trusted network where composite risks (route, sentiment, liquidity, policy) dominate. The framework comprises five engines: prediction (price, liquidity, volatility, route health), Bittensor verification subnet for decentralized scoring, sentiment-fusion (text, on-chain flow, grey literature), agentic engine with constitutional constraints, and API-risk/scenario engine for pre-committed action programs. Empirical tests include a 27-hour policy-constrained liquidity stress-response experiment on Solana and a 168-hour prediction run. The paper is authored by researchers and available on arXiv.
