Rimini's historic Paradiso nightclub reopens as Casa Paradiso Art Gallery in 2026
The historic Paradiso nightclub in Rimini, opened in 1957, has been transformed into Casa Paradiso Art Gallery, a cultural hub for art, fashion shows, and corporate events. Acquired at auction in 2018 by Filo Srl after years of abandonment, the renovation began in 2023 and the new space is set to open in October-November 2026. The project, led by Gabriele Baschetti, maintains the original perimeter on a 15,000 sqm site in Covignano, using natural and sustainable materials like stone and wood. Symbolic elements like the iconic entrance gate remain. The Paradiso was originally a villa owned by the Fabbri family; Tina Mirti Fabbri turned it into a gathering place in the 1950s, and her son Gianni later made it one of Europe's most famous nightclubs, shaping Italy's hedonistic aesthetic of the 1980s and 1990s.
