RigonSimonetti Restores Historic Villa Donà in Costabissara
The historic Villa Donà in Motta di Costabissara, Italy, has undergone restoration by the architectural firm RigonSimonetti. Completed in 2025, this project, led by Hadir Al Koshta, spans 714 m². The restoration meticulously honors the villa's layered history while creating new spaces for work and social interaction, enhancing its connection to the surrounding environment. The design team features Francesco Rigon and Margherita Simonetti, with landscape architecture by Giacomo Casentini, structural engineering by Nicola Caleca, and electrical, mechanical, and fire safety engineering by Christian Castellani.
