RIBA Stirling Prize 2017 shortlist announced
The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) has unveiled the nominees for this year's Stirling Prize, a prestigious accolade in UK architecture, now entering its 22nd iteration. The competing projects include Barretts Grove by Amin Taha and Groupwork, the City of Glasgow College designed by Reiach And Hall Architects in collaboration with Michael Laird Architects, Hastings Pier from dRMM Architects, the Photography Studio of Juergen Teller by 6a architects, Command of the Oceans by Baynes and Mitchell Architects, and the World Conservation and Exhibitions Centre at the British Museum, designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners. The winner will be announced on October 31, 2017.
