Restored Renaissance Painting Unveiled at Museo Ettore Fico in Turin
A multi-year partnership has been established between the Museo Ettore Fico (MEF) in Turin and the Fondazione Centro Conservazione e Restauro La Venaria Reale, aimed at presenting micro-exhibitions of restored Italian art. The first exhibition, titled 'Bellezza senza tempo,' commenced on September 8 and will continue until October 2. It features the 16th-century artwork 'Pietà con i Santi Ambrogio e Girolamo,' which belongs to the Pinacoteca di Brera and was created by Giovanni Ambrogio Della Torre. This painting underwent an intricate restoration process as part of a master's thesis from the University of Turin.
