RESTAURO 2026: Ferrara Hosts International Conservation Fair with AI Focus
From May 12 to 14, 2026, Ferrara Expo will be the venue for the 31st RESTAURO – Salone Internazionale dei Beni Culturali e Ambientali. This edition introduces a new weekly format and will host over 100 conferences focusing on topics such as sustainability and technological advancements. Pavilion 4 will feature a significant area dedicated to panels on conservation and innovation, organized by the Italian Ministry of Culture. Additionally, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and ICE Agency will send 70 delegates representing 18 nations. Key partners include Intesa Sanpaolo and Assorestauro. Notable discussions will cover the restoration of Ferrara Cathedral, military heritage, and conservation technology, with support from organizations like ISI and ALA ASSOARCHITETTI.
