exhibition · 2026-04-23

On December 7, 2023, the Women's Pavilion at Expo City Dubai unveiled an exhibition called 'Resonating Tides: Stories on the Edge of Tomorrow’s Anthropocene,' which will run until March 2024. Curated by Italian-Canadian artist Janet Bellotto, the show coincides with the COP28 climate summit and features pieces from 13 female artists, such as Ghada Khunji, Stephanie Neville, and Magda Malkoun. At the opening, a panel discussion hosted by Mahnaz Fancy included Khunji, Neville, and Malkoun, while Emirati poet Dr. Afra Atiq recited poetry. Bellotto's artwork, often influenced by her travels, highlights the pressing climate crisis through her creative lens.
