Render newsletter #51: housing crisis, urban regeneration, and Francesco Garofalo interview

The upcoming 51st edition of Render, Artribune's biweekly newsletter focused on urban and cultural revitalization, is scheduled for release on February 16, 2026. This issue will include discussions from two significant conferences: one held in Bologna during ART CITY, which tackled the housing crisis, and another in Florence that examined the decline of public involvement in urban initiatives. Noteworthy content features Lombardini22's 'casa a 10 euro' initiative and an interview with landscape architect Francesco Garofalo, who unveiled Mantua's new Piano del Verde in November 2025. Additionally, it will highlight an art infrastructure project in Milan coinciding with the Winter Olympics, urban regeneration efforts throughout Italy, global architecture updates, and a call for curatorial team applications for the Italian Pavilion at the 2027 Architecture Biennale.
