Rémy Laurent: From Graffiti to AEROBOT Sculptures

Born in 1982, Rémy Laurent embarked on his artistic path with drawing and painting before shifting to graffiti in 1998. He completed a B.T.S. in graphic design in Mérignac and pursued art history at the University of Lyon. After working as a graphic designer in London and Paris, he returned to Bordeaux in 2010, where he joined the Fédération Compagnonnique and earned a state diploma as a project designer. In 2014, he established Freak Kultur, focusing on workshops and events. From 2017 to 2021, he participated in the Atelier 10 collective. Beginning in 2019, he crafted AEROBOT Concept sculptures from recycled spray paint cans. Since 2022, he has worked as an independent artist and co-founded the Hot Pression collective in 2025.
