Redemption 18-Year-Old Bourbon Returns for 2026, Plus New Bottled-in-Bond Releases

Redemption Whiskey has brought back its acclaimed 18-Year-Old Bourbon for 2026, following a successful 2025 release that received high marks in taste tests. The new expression is made from a mashbill of 74% corn, 22% rye, and 4% malted barley, bottled at barrel proof of 102.85. It is a blend from only 69 barrels and will be available this fall at a suggested retail price of $400. Official tasting notes include cherry jam, cinnamon, vanilla, sweet corn, and leather, with a long oaky finish. The brand also introduced its first bottled-in-bond expression, Redemption Single Barrel Bonded Bourbon, part of the Higher Marques Collection. This six-year-old whiskey, distilled at MGP's Ross & Squibb Distillery in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, and bottled at 100 proof in Frankfort, KY, is available now at an SRP of $50. Master blender Alan Kennedy emphasized the uniqueness of single barrel bottling. Additionally, Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, Redemption's parent company, released an 8-Year-Old Bottled-in-Bond bourbon under its Bib & Tucker Tennessee whiskey label, created by apprentice blender James Joseph. That whiskey, distilled in spring 2018 at Tennessee Distilling Group in Columbia, Tennessee, and charcoal-mellowed using the Lincoln County process, will be available nationally starting next month at an SRP of $65. These releases follow a legal dispute with Diageo over bottle design, which Redemption lost in court.
