ReA! Art Fair Returns to Milan for Fifth Edition with New Venue and Summer Dates

festival-fair · 2026-04-26

The fifth edition of ReA! Art Fair, a Milanese fair dedicated to emerging art, will take place from June 12 to 15, 2025, at a new venue: Opos, a former electro-morsetterie factory regenerated in the Certosa District. Over 50 artists have been selected. Curated by Maria Myasnikova, the fair shifts from autumn to summer, marking a new season. This year's program includes international collaborations and prizes. ViaFarini renews its residency award, joined for the first time by Lami-Genolini of Erba. Artsted celebrates the fifth anniversary of its award for technological projects, while Snap Collective offers the winner publication of an artist book. A partnership with Singulart, a major online art gallery, expands opportunities for emerging artists to reach global collectors. For the first time, a special section focuses on talents from the Middle East and Africa, curated by Sahar Behairy, featuring four visual artists from the British University in Cairo and two creatives from Wasl Art Space in Saudi Arabia. Myasnikova emphasizes the fair's role as a space of resistance and reinvention, rejecting passivity and cultural homogenization.
