Re-designing Museums: Digital Skills Conference in Rome
On July 13, 2017, Link Campus University in Rome hosted the conference 'Re-designing Museums. Digital Skills for Change and Innovation,' organized by the Mu.SA project. This event gathered researchers, museum experts, and technology specialists to review the initial phase of the European initiative, which includes partners from Italy, Greece, and Portugal. A significant result was the creation of the 'Decalogue of Digital Transformation in Museums.' The morning session showcased case studies from Duncan Gough and Paolo Cavallotti, leading into a roundtable discussion moderated by Valentina Tanni, featuring experts such as Anna Maria Marras and Cristina Da Milano. Workshops in the afternoon concentrated on audience engagement and multimedia storytelling.
