Rayón 376 Terrace: Eduardo Garretti Studio's 25 m² Intervention in Guadalajara

In the historic Colonia Americana neighborhood of Guadalajara, architects Aureliano Alejos and Leonora Castorena, from Eduardo Garretti Studio, have completed a 25 m² terrace intervention within a house dating from the early 20th century. The project, named Rayón 376 Terrace, was led by architect Eduardo Garrido, with design team member Ricardo López Carrero. The intervention aimed to elevate the property's spatiality and habitability, introducing a unique language coherent with the building's preexistence.
