Raw&Co Milan Design Boutique Relocates to a Barge on Naviglio Grande

Milanese interior design store Raw&Co, founded by interior designer Paolo Bedesco and architect Costantino Affuso, has moved from its historic location at Corso Magenta 10 to a barge on the Naviglio Grande canal. After seven years in a late-19th-century building, the boutique now operates as RAW Boat at Ripa di Porta Ticinese 61, open until late July 2024. The temporary space showcases vintage furniture from the early 1900s through the 1960s and 1970s, alongside contemporary brands and unique accessories. The founders, who have been pursuing their passion for interior design for about thirty years, initially started Raw as a studio for private clients. The decision to relocate to a boat was driven by a desire to simplify the practical dynamics of the previous space. Raw&Co has moved several times over the years, always staying between Corso Magenta and via Vincenzo Monti, with a brief stint at via Palermo 1. The name evolved to Raw&Co when they began collaborating with niche excellence brands. The future location of Raw&Co remains undetermined, with the founders awaiting new inspiration.
