RATIO Design and Helix Architecture + Design Merge to Form RATIO | Helix in Kansas City
At the beginning of this month, RATIO Design merged with Helix Architecture + Design, based in Kansas City, creating RATIO | Helix in Kansas City, with backing from Hennick & Company, which invested in RATIO in 2021. This merger is intended to enhance their presence in Missouri, Kansas, and surrounding markets, allowing access to a broader talent pool. RATIO’s studios will maintain their original names. Bill Browne Jr., CEO of RATIO Design, highlighted the potential for collaboration. Helix, established over 34 years ago, will retain its Kansas City team, led by principals Doug Stockman and Alissa Wehmueller. Erika Moody, president of Helix, will join RATIO’s executive team.
