Raqs Media Collective's Three Decades of Hybrid Practice and Upcoming AI Exhibition
Raqs Media Collective, consisting of Monica Narula, Jeebesh Bagchi, and Shuddhabrata Sengupta, has established a reputation over the past thirty years for its innovative approach to art that blends education and curation. The collective is currently exploring the role of artificial intelligence in art for their forthcoming exhibition in May at the Neubauer Collegium at the University of Chicago. Their previous display at Hanart TZ Gallery in Hong Kong included works challenging concepts of humanity. Additionally, they have contributed writings to the Lisbon Architecture Triennale and The Wellcome Collection, and are finalists for memorial projects in London and Oslo relating to the 2011 attacks.
