Rapper D4vd Charged with Murder of Hispanic Teen Found in Tesla Trunk

Rapper D4vd, 21, faces aggravated murder charges for the death of Celeste Rivas Hernández, a Hispanic teenager whose body was discovered in the trunk of his Tesla. The victim was 13 when reported missing in 2024 from Lake Elsinore, California. Her remains were found on September 8, 2025, one day after what would have been her fifteenth birthday. Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman announced the charges, describing them as among the most severe possible in such cases. The body was in an advanced state of decomposition when located last year. D4vd is scheduled to be formally charged on Monday with murder and additional counts. The vehicle was registered under the artist's name.
