Quadriennale Foundation Launches Q-International Grant for Italian Artists Abroad

The Quadriennale Foundation in Rome has introduced Q-International, a funding program designed to support contemporary Italian artists working internationally. This initiative targets non-Italian, non-profit organizations—both public and private—that feature Italian artists in their projects. Eligible expenses include travel and accommodation for artists and performers, performer fees, artwork transportation, audio-video equipment rental, publication and translation costs, public programming, and documentation. Applications for the first round must be submitted by 12pm CEST on Monday, June 11, 2018. A subsequent call for proposals will be announced on October 1, 2018. The grant aims to enhance the global visibility of Italian contemporary art by assisting institutions outside Italy in presenting these artists.
