Qinghe INNNG International Talent Community by Zhu Xiaodi Architects and BIAD

Zhu Xiaodi Architects and BIAD have completed the Qinghe INNNG International Talent Community in Qinghe Town, Haidian District, Beijing. The 48,156 m² residential project for young people addresses challenges posed by special terrain and complex urban environment. Its design philosophy sees architecture as a spatial vehicle engaging in dialogue with site, people, and city spirit. The building's form 'embraces and coexists' to create a vibrant landmark stimulating innovation and interaction.
