Professor Bad Trip's 'Psycho' returns to bookstores
Eris Edizioni has released a new edition of 'Psycho', a compilation by the late Gianluca Lerici, also known as Professor Bad Trip. This collection includes the lengthy piece 'Psycho', the brief story 'Kathodic Karma', and 'Mondo Tecno Trading Cards'. Lerici, who passed away in 1999, had a diverse background as a mussel packer, DJ, band leader, and fanzine creator. He earned a degree in sculpture from the Accademia di Belle Arti di Carrara. His work, representative of the cyberpunk movement in the 1980s and 1990s, was featured in publications like Decoder and Frigidaire. Influenced by writers such as William Burroughs and Philip K. Dick, he illustrated their texts. The 108-page hardcover, edited by Ferruccio Giromini, retails for €16, with an ISBN of 9788898644421.
