Private French Foundations LUMA and Carmignac Exemplify Public-Private Dialogue

Two French private foundations demonstrate the value of individuals and effective public-private collaboration: LUMA Foundation in Arles and Fondation Carmignac on Porquerolles Island. LUMA, established by heiress and collector Maja Hoffmann, is a vast production and exhibition hub in renovated industrial buildings.
