Printed Matter's LA Art Book Fair Returns to Pasadena May 7–10

The LA Art Book Fair (LAABF), organized by Printed Matter, is set to take place at ArtCenter South Campus in Pasadena from May 7 to 10, 2026. Since its inception in 2013, this fair has become a global event for publishers of artists' books to showcase their work and engage with the public. This year, 250 exhibitors, featuring both well-known publishers and up-and-coming artists, collectives, and organizations, will participate. Attendees can enjoy talks and panels in The Classroom, performances on The Stage, and experimental installations in Project Spaces by various contributors, including Archivos Desviados and Bread & Puppet Press. The event kicks off with an Opening Night celebration on May 7 from 6–9pm, featuring live music by sonrisita and Mia Carucci, and the first 500 attendees will receive a limited edition ticket by Amia Yokoyama.
