Presto!? Records celebrates 10 years with OGR SoundSystem event in Turin

On December 7, 2018, the OGR SoundSystem monthly audiovisual experimentation series, launched in March 2018 through a collaboration between Officine Grandi Riparazioni (OGR) Turin and Club To Club, held its fourth edition titled "Presto!? Ten Years Of Tomorrow" in Sala Fucine, in partnership with Boiler Room. The event celebrated the tenth anniversary of Presto!? Records, an experimental label founded in 2008 by Lorenzo Senni. The label's roster includes artists such as Detroit techno figure DJ Stingray, Claudio Rocchetti, Stefano Pilia, and Enrico Malatesta. The lineup featured Caterina Barbieri with her show "Time-blind" accompanied by visuals by Ruben Spini, Lorenzo Senni, Vipra (a collective from Torpignattara, Rome) with animations depicting the Colosseum in a tropical jungle, and Lory-D, who evoked early 1990s rave culture with acid sounds. Gabber Eleganza closed the event with hardcore techno. Lorenzo Senni was recently commissioned by The Blank Contemporary to create a sound project for the intensive care unit of Ospedale Papa Giovanni XXIII in Bergamo.
